NAD Electronics has announced the launch of two new stereo integrated amplifiers, the NAD C 3030 and NAD C 3030S. Drawing inspiration from NAD’s iconic designs of the past and the global success of the C 3050 anniversary model, the new amplifiers continue NAD’s focus on design-led products that combine vintage aesthetics with contemporary Hi-Fi performance and connectivity.

The C 3030 and C 3030S extend the visual language reintroduced with the C 3050, translating its heritage-inspired character into more accessible and compact forms within NAD’s Classic Series. Retro details such as illuminated VU meters, a black front panel, and the classic script NAD logo reference the original NAD 3030 from the late 1970s, while the internal engineering reflects NAD’s modern standards for sound quality, reliability, and everyday usability.

“The response to the C 3050 reflects a broader shift toward more intentional listening,” says Morten Nielsen, Product Manager at NAD. “Vinyl and CD are returning not as alternatives to streaming, but as a way to reconnect with music in a more deliberate way. With the C 3030, our goal was to make that experience accessible to more listeners. There is a tangible connection in the physical act of listening—placing a needle on a record or inserting a CD—that brings music to life. The C 3030 captures that sense of heritage while delivering the performance and simplicity expected from a modern NAD amplifier.”

The design of the C 3030 and C 3030S goes beyond nostalgia. Their proportions are intentionally closer to the original NAD 3030 than the larger C 3050, resulting in a compact chassis that fits naturally into modern living spaces, bookshelves, and contemporary interiors. Rather than recreating a vintage component, NAD set out to reinterpret it, balancing tactile appeal and visual warmth with modern functionality.
This design direction reflects NAD’s broader philosophy. As music listening increasingly blends into everyday life, audio components should feel as thoughtfully designed as the furniture and objects around them. The C 3030 and C 3030S are created to be seen, used, and kept, offering an alternative to anonymous black boxes or overly stylised retro replicas.
The NAD C 3030 stereo integrated amplifier is designed for listeners who value essential performance paired with distinctive design. It delivers 50 watts per channel of clean, dynamic NAD amplification, engineered for musical accuracy, control, and compatibility with a wide range of loudspeakers.
Despite its heritage-inspired appearance, the C 3030 is equipped for modern use. HDMI eARC enables seamless integration with a television, significantly improving TV, film, and gaming sound through a dedicated Hi-Fi system. Bluetooth with aptX HD support allows wireless playback from smartphones, tablets, and computers, while a bass-managed subwoofer output with adjustable high-pass filtering supports refined 2.1 system configurations.
As the most accessible vintage-styled amplifier in NAD’s Classic Series, the C 3030 offers a compelling entry point for listeners seeking personality, practicality, and the brand’s well-known performance without unnecessary complexity.
Key features of the NAD C 3030 include 50 watts per channel of award-winning amplification for clean and dynamic power delivery, a compact 14-inch-wide chassis inspired by the original NAD 3030 with a black faceplate and retro VU meters, HDMI eARC for easy TV integration, Bluetooth wireless playback, and a bass-managed subwoofer output for well-integrated 2.1 systems.
For listeners looking for expanded functionality and integrated streaming, the NAD C 3030S builds on the same design foundation while adding BluOS high-resolution multi-room streaming. BluOS transforms the C 3030S into a complete modern music system, supporting lossless playback up to 24-bit/192 kHz and native MQA decoding. Users gain access to more than 20 streaming services, internet radio, local music libraries, and networked storage, all controlled via an intuitive app that also enables multi-room grouping and whole-home playback.
In addition to BluOS, the C 3030S includes HDMI eARC, aptX HD Bluetooth, a built-in moving magnet phono input for vinyl playback, analogue and optical digital inputs, and a bass-managed subwoofer output. This comprehensive connectivity allows the C 3030S to function as a standalone streaming amplifier, the heart of a 2.1 system, or part of a larger multi-room setup without the need for additional components.
Like the C 3030, the C 3030S delivers 50 watts per channel of NAD amplification, ensuring the musicality and control required for serious listening. It is also the most affordable BluOS-enabled amplifier in NAD’s Classic Series, bringing advanced streaming capabilities to a wider audience in a design-led format.
Both amplifiers reflect NAD’s long-standing engineering priorities, including real-world power delivery, tonal accuracy, and long-term reliability. The C 3030 and C 3030S are designed to remain composed, detailed, and engaging across different listening levels and loudspeaker loads, whether playing vinyl records, high-resolution streamed music, or enhancing television sound.
With the introduction of the C 3030 and C 3030S, NAD continues to expand its Classic Series in a way that respects its heritage while pushing forward with innovation. These models demonstrate that design-forward Hi-Fi does not need to be limited to special editions or premium price points, but can be part of an ongoing commitment to components that connect with listeners visually, emotionally, and sonically.
The NAD C 3030 is available now worldwide through authorised NAD retailers at a suggested retail price of USD 899. The NAD C 3030S will be available in spring 2026 with a suggested retail price of USD 1,199. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change due to local taxes and tariffs.
